We will help you pick out the perfect chain, measure it for you, then use a tool designed to weld precious metals and weld the closure together. All our chains are 14k solid gold featured in white, yellow, and rose gold. They are durable and made to last. However, if you need to remove them, simply cut the chain with scissors.

No, this permanent piece is pain-free! The spark generated during the process is not a high temperature, and we use all the protective gear for added safety. Technically, the welding machine only reacts to metal, so even if your skin comes in contact with the electrode, it will not generate a spark.

Yes, click on the link to schedule your appointment. If you don’t see the date/time you need, just give us a ring. Walk-ins are accepted, and wait time will be dependent on the booked appointments for that time frame. Appointments are preferred. Yes, but please be aware that anklets and necklaces are much more likely to get snagged, stretched, or broken.

The chains we use are 14k solid gold. If the jewelry needs to be removed for any reason, simply snip it with a pair of scissors.

The short answer is yes, but please keep in mind that damaged chains or missing pieces can affect the integrity of the piece. The best suggestion is to carefully cut the chain at the jump ring or welded point, keep it safe, and come back in to have it re-welded. We will assess it in person to make sure it will still fit you properly.

If your jewelry were to break, we will do our best to repair it for you. Please note, we cannot be liable for lost chains.

TSA shouldn’t ask you to remove your fine jewelry when going through security. If anything, you can show them your wrist before going through security.

Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear; however, it is still fine jewelry. We know some clients that have been wearing their bracelets for years now. It isn’t indestructible, so you want to still treat it with care.
